The Website is enables  consumers to obtain online cash price quotes from USACarBuyers.com and quoted trade-in figures from participating dealers. All quotes are based on the information provided by the customer.  Please make sure that the information that you enter in the appraisal form is true and correct we rely on your diligence to give you the most accurate quote possible. In the event that a vehicle's condition or equipment is misstated either intentionally or unintentionally our offer will be adjust to reflect the actual vehicle equipment and condition. 

Appraisal
USACarBuyers.com is principally designed to help our users obtain a realistic valuation of their vehicle, whether for sale, purchase, trade-in, or other valuation. While USACarBuyers.com attempts to provide information that is accurate and reliable, the response you receive is a refection of your description of your vehicle.  If the information that you provide is 100% accurate our pricing will be 100% accurate.  Since our quotes are rendered on a "sight unseen" basis there may be conditions that you have either mis-described or were unaware of that will effect the accuracy of our appraisal. Due to the sight unseen appraisal  USACarBuyers.com cannot be held to the purchase or trade-in price until a physical inspection of the vehicle and verification of the users information is performed at either our corporate office located at 2001 Byberry Rd Philadelphia, Pa.19116 or at one of our Network Dealerships. USACarBuyers.com shall be the final arbiter in any disputes. We welcome all consumers who are looking for an  offer on their vehicle to schedule an appointment with our staff to bring your vehicle to our location where we will make you an offer and write you a check on the spot.

Area of Operation-  USACarBuyers.com reserves the right to limit our territory of operation.

Trade-in Guarantee
USACarBuyers can assist you in trading in your vehicle to one of our network dealers for the amount that we have offered for your vehicle.  In many states trading your vehicle on your respective replacement vehicle can yield you a sales tax savings of thousands of dollars.  As with any and all "sight unseen appraisals" the actual trade value can only be determined when the car is presented for physical examination at either the trading dealer or our location.  Once again we will remind you; if the information that you have given us is 100% accurate, our pricing will be 100% accurate as well.

Fees And Payment Terms
THERE ARE NO FEES FOR OUR SERVICES!  We are in the business of buying cars not charging fees.  When a vehicle is brought to our location, we will send you a check and or your pay-off will be completed within 48 hours: unless your car is picked up on a Friday or weekend, in which case all payments will be made on the following Monday.  In the event that you owe a sum greater than the value of your vehicle, we must receive that difference before we will pay-off your account.
